Swan Racing admitted on 4/16/14 that they lacked funds to continue their 2 car Sprint Cup Series operation. Swan racing has managed to rectify this situation. BK Racing and Swan Racing merged, so now Ryan Truex, and Alex Bowman will be joined accompanied by Cole Whitt. The only real problem is Parker Kligerman. Parker Kligerman drove the #30 car for Swan Racing, but he now has no ride. His #30 car was sold to Xxxtreme Motorsports, and the #30 car will be now drove by J.J. Yeley. So, at the moment, Kligerman has no Sprint Cup, or Nationwide Series ride. Kligerman does race for BRG Motorsports in the Camping World Truck Series, so he isn't completely gone. But, its always sad to see a promising rookie loose possibly his only chance in the Sprint Cup Series. | |
