Welcome to the first race of the 2014 season. This race doesn't count for points but it is always fun to watch. The fans [for the second year in a row] are allowed to vote for the style of the race. They will decide how many laps will be in each segment, and how the starting line up will be selected. [out of the eligible drivers] What a driver must do to be eligible:
- Have won the Sprint Unlimited before (Wins from the Budweiser Shootout don't count)
- Won a Coors Light Pole Award from the previous year
