The teams are ranked in order of skill.  Some of these teams may be much worse or better then their rank.  These ranks are primarily my opinion based on their performance.  The "best" teams are at the bottom of the least, and 

"worst" at the top.  The teams that are the "worst" might only be there because they have one driver or they just have a lack of funding.
