The race started with rookie Ben Kennedy (His great grand father was one of the founders of NASCAR) leading, but after a few cautions he just slipped back on the restarts. Kyle Busch has never one at Daytona in the Camping World Truck Series, and he was looking to change that tonight. Kyle was in the top 5 for most of the race, and then he made a pass for the lead nearing the end of the race. He never really lost the lead, and went on to win Daytona for the first time in the Camping World Truck Series.
