How will Ryan Newman function on RCR in 2014 in the #31? Is Ryan Newman even worth going to another team?
Will Ryan Newman ever win again or is his career going down-hill?
Ryan Newman is a very talented NASCAR driver but hasn't been doing well recently. Since he lost his army sponsor, he just hasn't been the same. Newman is just in a slump. Before Tony Stewart got injured he too was in a slump. But Newman needs to capitalize on making the chase in 2013, and actually win a race, or do well in the chase. Newman is worth going to another team, but going to RCR from SHR is a drop. He should be able to do well in the 31 but he will have to get used to new teammates. Before he had a major veteran, Tony Stewart, and a now so skilled Danica Patrick. But now he has Paul Menard, and Austin Dillon. (plus replacement driver for Kevin Harvick)
That certainly isn't a championship team, but maybe Newman can make it one.
